Whitlocks Mill lighthouse is situated on the south bank of the St. Croix River at Whitlocks Mill, about 3½ miles south-east of Calais, Maine.

Built in 1909-1910, it is the last lighthouse built in Maine, and is also the most northerly. It was fitted with a fourth order Fresnel lens.

The lighthouse was automated in 1969 and the Fresnel lens replaced with a modern optic. In 2009, the optic was again replaced with an LED device. The house seen behind the lighthouse was the original keepers cottage. It is now in private hands together with other outbuildings, but not the tower.
