Connecticut, like Massachusetts, is almost on our doorstep. We have been visiting the area around New London, Groton, Mystic and Stonington for several years. Usually, these visits are part of longer road trips to Cape Cod and/or Rhode Island. As well as enjoying a visit to the original Mystic Pizza, going there also satisfies my lighthouse habit!
