Lobsters are very important in the life of coastal Maine.

This steel sculpture stands outside of the Maine Lighthouse Museum. Robert Daniels made it, but I do not know when; or why!

A view of the Rockland Harbor Breakwater Lighthouse. The breakwater itself is about 1,300 meters (4,300 feet) long. Completed in September 1902, the lighthouse has a very interesting history; click the image to read more.

Boynton McKay on Main Street in Camden. Voted best breakfast in Maine in 2010 by Food Network Magazine. We enjoyed good coffee and a snack.
